About Solitaire Porch

Solitaire Porch is a small site for classic solitaire card games, made to be easy on the eyes and easy on the hands.

Most solitaire sites were built a long time ago, and it shows: small cards, fiddly dragging, pop-ups in the middle of a game. We wanted something calmer, like a deck of cards on a quiet porch.

What makes it different

• Big, clear cards. The card faces use Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readers with low vision.
• Tap to move. Tap a card and it goes to the best spot. Dragging works too.
• Winnable deals. Before a deal reaches you, our own solver plays it through to make sure it can be won.
• Unlimited undo and hints. Try a line, back up, try another.
• No sign-up. Your games and stats stay in your own browser.

The games

We started with Klondike, Yukon and Scorpion. Golf, Spider and FreeCell are on the way.
